Nicole Zell completed the Travel Counsellor program at Robertson College in 1999. Nicole started working with Sears Travel in Winnipeg where she was until moving to Swan River in 2006. She has been the owner of Swan Valley Travel since February 2007.

Nicole's travels have taken her to Italy, Las Vegas, Los Angeles-Disney Land, Florida-Disney World, Cuba, San Diego, Chicago, Jamaica, Puerto Plata Dominican Republic, Puerto Vallarta, Mayan Riviera and Cozumel Mexico, St Thomas, Puerto Rico, through Western Canada to Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. She has sailed with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruise Lines.

Tiffany Olson has been a vacation specialist since 1998, after completing the Travel Counsellor program at Robertson College. She had worked in Winnipeg for 6 years before moving back to her hometown of Arborg.

Over the last 10 years, Tiffany has travelled to: Europe on a Trafalgar coach tour, visiting England, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Holland Disneyland (for the opening of the California Adventure Park), Alaska (inaugural sailing of Celebrity Cruises' "Infinity"), Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Canada from Victoria to Niagara Falls, and Las Vegas.

Sarah Couture has been a travel agent for 10 years and is a welcome recent addition to Swan Valley Travel. She has travelled to many places including; England, France, Florida (Disney World), Disney cruises, Disney land California, San diego, Hawaii, Cuba, Jamaica, cruises to Central America, Mexican Cruise.
