Susan Neufeld has been in the travel industry for over 35 years.
Over 20 years was spent working with major Tour Operators, such as Air Canada Vacations. In that role she worked closely in training and as a support to travel agents of Western Canada. This gave her the experience of all aspects of this business.
She has travelled extensively throughout Mexico and the Caribbean Islands, Costa Rica, Brazil, England, many destinations in Europe, China, Australia, Fiji, USA including Hawaii, and Canada. She has cruised with most of the major Cruise Lines, and also has River Cruised in Europe.
